Our Firm

We practice law throughout the state of California, and we coordinate cases nationwide through associated counsel. The Firm was formed in 1977 in San Jose, California, and, for the past 42 years, we have continued to represent our clients with integrity and professionalism. Our seasoned attorneys are experienced in numerous phases of the practice of law, including business and transactional work, federal and state trial court litigation, administrative hearings, arbitration, mediation and appellate practice.

Our Services

Our insurance recovery, coverage and bad faith attorneys advise policyholders concerning complex insurance coverage issues. We maximize recovery of insurance policy benefits and work hard to obtain a defense to third party litigation filed against the firm’s clients. We strive to resolve claims short of litigation but where appropriate pursue insurance companies in state and federal court. Tapping our extensive litigation experience and our relationships with specialized insurance mediators, we achieve superb results for our clients against insurers who persist in denying coverage under management liability, errors and omissions, employment practices liability, general liability and other policies, including policies covering first party loss.

Our real estate attorneys provide litigation representation and advice and counsel in the areas of business and commercial law, real estate law, administrative hearings, and creditor bankruptcy proceedings. We also represent clients in matters of real estate development, sales, exchanges, leases, financing, mortgage lending and regulation of real property and personal property foreclosures.
